Good things take a little while
Shipping & returns
Updated 3 October 2026
Delivery usually takes 5–30 days.
Some orders take longer. Please order only if that timing works for you, and allow extra time for gifts.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 5–30 days of being placed. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Busy periods, public holidays, customs checks and carrier delays can add time, and in some cases delivery takes longer than 30 days.
To keep our prices low, orders are packed and sent directly by our fulfilment partners overseas rather than from a local warehouse. That is why delivery is slower than you may be used to from larger stores.
Tracking and split deliveries
When tracking is available for your order, we email it to the address you gave at checkout once the order has been sent. Tracking can stay unchanged for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries.
Items from one order may be sent separately and arrive on different days. You are not charged extra shipping when that happens.
Addresses and changes
Please check your delivery address before paying. We can change or cancel an order only before it has been sent, so email [email protected] as soon as you notice a mistake. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
If your order hasn't arrived
If nothing has arrived 45 days after your order was sent, email [email protected] with your order number. We will check with the carrier and then send a replacement or refund you.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Change of mind
Because our items are low-cost and sent from overseas, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, or for delivery that falls within the times described on this page.
Talk to us first
If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] before contacting your bank or card provider. We can usually fix it faster directly, and a payment dispute can delay your refund while it is reviewed.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
